Prior to any submission of a report be sure that you've read and understood all of the rules and requirements which can be found here. Failing to abide by these rules set forth will result in a closure of your report. When submitting a request be sure to use the below template and fill out each section to it's extent, failing to due so will result in a denial of your request.

Requirements

In order to submit a Player Report against another community member the following requirements must be met.

Filling out the Player Report:
  • Each question/section must be filled out to its full extent.
  • Each question/section must be filled out truthfully.
Members Involved and Roles:
  • Each member must be stated by their first and last name.
  • Each member must have a role(Ex. Perpetrator, Victim, Bystander, etc).
Evidence:
  • All evidence must be at least two(2) minutes prior to the rule break if it's a video.
  • All reports must be made by someone directly involved in the situation in question
  • Evidence of MAJOR rule infractions, such as exploitation or hacking, will be reviewed on a case by case basis and may come from any source.
  • All evidence must not be tampered with or cut.
  • Failure to provide video or audio evidence depending on the type of report may result in the closure of your report.
  • All in-game player actions considered as a rule break must be presented with video, not only audio evidence.
  • All evidence submitted for a report cannot be for an incident that occurred over a month ago.
  • If a TeamSpeak private message, you must show all of that chat between you and the other community member.(Highly recommended to turn on private chat logging!)
Situation:
  • The situation section must be filled in to it's fullest extent, go into detail and include the time leading up to the incident.

In the case of a staff member breaking a server rule, please file a Staff Complaint with the reason being that it is a Rule Violation.

If you have any questions or do not understand anything within this guide, please speak with a member of the Support Staff and they will assist you in making your player report.
