In order to have your compensation request approved the following requirements must be met.

Filling out the Compensation Request to it's full extent:
  • Each question/section must be filled out to it's full extent.
  • Each question/section must be filled out truthfully.

Names of Those Involved and Roles:
  • Each member must be stated by their first and last name.
  • Each member must have a role(Ex. Perpetrator, Victim, Bystander, etc).
Evidence:
  • Video evidence may accompany Compensation Requests.
  • Video(s) must include all events leading up to the loss of said asset and be no less than two minutes, and no more than five.
  • If requested you will have to provide the full video recording(Not just cuts/edits).
Explain the Situation:
  • The situation must be explained to its fullest, including the events that led up to the rule(s) being broken.
Compensation for Asset Loss is limited to the following provisions:
  • Unexpected Server Related Issues (e.g. server crash, DDOS, etc.)
  • Unforeseen and previously unknown Asset-exclusive glitches
  • Victims of RDM/VDM and other rules broken may be compensated on an individual basis as determined by the Operations Chief.
Compensation of Asset Loss will not be provided under the following circumstances:
  • Client crashes
  • Assets stolen or destroyed by another player in a fair RP manner(outside of RDM/VDM)
  • Any Compensation Request that is incorrectly or fraudulently submitted
  • A Compensation Request that does not have Video Evidence or Video Evidence that does not adhere to the above rules.

Any compensation not collected within a week of the approval will be marked as expired and you will have to put in a new compensation request.

Be honest and give adequate detail when submitting a Compensation Request.

These Compensation Requests are to aid the player, please don't attempt to cheat the system and properly fill out a request.

Please Note: Fraudulent compensation requests can result in punishment, including but not limited to banning.
